Ticket #13278 - Issues in Product-details with products with combinations (urgent)
Hi Marek,
we found an issue with products with combinations→ product details tab (i.e: delantales)
There is some info (reference and stock) that is drawn the first time you click on a product details tab. If we change to another size (from small to big) this 2 attributes dissapear (check attachments)
Based on chrome inspector there is an extra .hidden class applied to that section via javascript.
Can you please check it?
best,

Hi, Asier.
Try this fix:
Hi Marek
It does not work. Actually the whole product detail section becomes empty… You need to get out from the section and come back to see the info. And 2 more elements appeared now (see screenshots)
I don’t know, it looks fine for me http://take.ms/DE2bWf
Hi marek,
It works if you first select the size and later you click in product details.
If you keep product details open (as an active tab) and change the size then the whole detail content disappears…
best,
I’m not sure the issue is related to the theme. To check it out please switch to the default prestashop theme.

Hi Marek,
Checked here (http://demo.prestashop.com/en/?view=front) and it works…
I cannot change the theme to classic as the website is online now…

Hi, Asier.
I just make a video to show you how it works for me http://take.ms/cYsoy
Please take a look and let me know maybe I missed something
hi Marek,
Check the video I attach. You need to select delantales in order to see it.
Now it’s clear. Working on that…
I have found out the issue caused by module MailAlerts. All works find with disabled module
