Ticket #13293 - Alysum Translation errors

Hi Marek,

We are having really big issues with the translation of the theme. Whenever we want to translate a section, i.e. Shop → Navigation, we receive an error with a “There is no translation file available”.

We checked into the translations folder for the theme and ShopNavigation.es-ES.xlf file exists.

Why cannot we translate this file from the admin section? If we do it for the classic theme, it works…

Hi, Asier.
You have to ask prestashop developers about such questions. I can only advice you to try to remove that file and try to translate once again. Please let me know the result

hi Marek,

for example, and coming back to the testimonials translations (check boths attachments). Even that it is translated, it shows the englidh version.

I spent two hours and still no success. Maybe you are using some external cache service or a module?

Is it any other way to transalte the theme? We cannot have those texts without being translated for long time…

Strange translation system.
I finally make it work.
The fix is in the file /web/modules/pk_testimonials/views/templates/front/addtestimonials.tpl
and /web/modules/pk_testimonials/assets/js/scripts.js
