Hi, Emanuele.
Page Builder available for 1.7 Prestashop only.
Prestashop 1.6 is not supported more by Prestashop team. 

We plan on keeping supporting version 1.6 until October 2018

Goodmorning I undestand but I bought your theme mainly for the page builder, and in your offer is not clearly indicated this important details for this reason I want to exercise my right to be reimbursed for an offer that does not conform to what you indicated in the product sheet, or at least it is not clear and complete…I’ve added a screen shot.
