Ticket #13440 - Cannot change stocktake

When I am trying to change stocktake in BO it says Internal Server Error or Cannot save settings.
I choose a product and on Combinations tab change quantity. When I change only 1 combination it saves OK. But when I change more quantities it should autosave between every change, but there is the error instead.
I have tried to change more quantities at once also in BO - Stocks - but there is the error as well.

Hi, Zuzana.
But that is Back Office issue, it’s not related to our theme. I can only suggest you to try to disable these two modules http://take.ms/owkQ3 Please disable them and check out how it will work

Marek, unfortunately, this didn´t help :( Both modules are disabled now but I got the error again.

Try to update your prestashop to the last version 1.7.5. Current issue is not related to the theme

Zuzana 13 Jan 2019, 12:34

I (Alex) updated my shop to 1.7.5 everything looked good.
Now I updated the theme to 5.3.1 (via theme updates in Alysum settings) and it seems all layout profiles from Page builder are gone. Could you please check it?

Try to reset Page Builder module

Zuzana 13 Jan 2019, 14:21

Still have no layouts after reset.

Marek 14 Jan 2019, 11:58

Now it should be ok

Zuzana 17 Jan 2019, 17:00

Hi Marek,
yes, the layouts are back, but only templates. Everything I have changed is gone :( I made all changes again, at least now I know what to do so it was quicker. Also now I made exports.
But before update I made a completely new template and this one is missing. I hope it maybe is in my backup somewhere. Could you let me know in what folder are templates stored? …modules\pspagebuilder\…? I should be able to import it, right?

Marek 18 Jan 2019, 17:22

Sorry for that, I suppose that’s my fault, I had to check your layouts before module reset. That should not happen in future
As for stored layouts, you can find them here /modules/pspagebuilder/exports/

Zuzana 18 Jan 2019, 17:52

OK, I am going to find the txt file in /exports folder in the backup. And then test how your layout import works :) You can close this ticket now, I place a new ticket if something goes funky with that :)
