Ticket #136 - Order History page - No Invoice and "details" link not working.

Hi,

1)In order history page, I can not see the invoice link in the respective box. But there is info in order confirmation email that You can review your order and download your invoice from the “Order history” section of your customer account by clicking “My account” on our shop.

2) When I clicked the “details” link in the last column, It is not working. Its getting nothing.

Please do help me . Can provide the store access if required.

Hello. Please check the issue with the default prestashop theme. If there you see the same you should apply to the Prestashop forum.

If it’s only in our theme. So yes give me the access (through your PromokitSupport profile)
and give me more details. This is back-office or front-end customer profile?

This is front end customer profile both the page and email I am talking about.

I havent tested this on default theme. I will do and let you know of the possibility.

Hi Alex,

I have tested this in default theme.

I could see the ‘details’ link working in the ‘order history’ page of default shop. But missing in alysum. I am talking about front-end.

However, Invoice is not there in default shop too. I gotta post there in Prestashop forums.

Please take a look at the issue.

Marek,

I received a notification that you are registered. But, I didnt get any order notifications.

You may need to use ‘payment through check’ option for the order to be communicated to back office and this is how I have tested. 2checkout test module is not working communicating the order to back office.

Glad that it is working.

However, the page and spacing looks a bit weird to me.

Do you find this problem only for me or other fellow shops of alysum too.

I am trying to make it look like atleast as default shop invoice page.
