Ticket #13731 - Error message while trying to add a picture

Hello,

When I try to upload a picture in an HTML bloc, there is a message error (see attached file) : “There is an error! The upload folder there ins’t. Check your config.php file.
I don’t understand what to do to solve it. I Tried to access the IMG folder via FTP but there is also an error because the folder is unreachable… Permission rights are “000” and I can’t change it for “777” for example.

Could you please help me ?

Regards,
Nathalie

Hi, Sylvain.
Try to upload your image through Image Manager, then take image url and put it to the html widget into the <img src=”URL“> tag

Hello,

It would probably work but I have a lot of images to upload so it would take a lot of time doing this.
Could you tell me how to fix the bug ?

Regards

It’s not clear for me how do you try to add an image to html widget. Could you please show it at a screenshot or make a video?

You’ll find attached several pictures step by step.
Problem seems to come from the CMS folder ont the ftp : www/img/cms : access right are defined 000 and can’t be change to 777. This folder can’t be deleted or anything else…

Please let me know what to do. Thank you

But that is not part of the theme. Please ask your hosting provider to fix the issue with folder permissions
