Ticket #13760 - AMP Page Builder Images not Showing

Hello dear Alysum Team / Hello Marek,

we seem to not be able to detect, why our images are not showing within the amp builder. HTML and Instagram (widgets) are somehow working. We also enabled the AMP Builder in the Alysum settings.

Could you have a quick look at our problem?

Thanks a lot & best regards

Hi, Daniel.
As I can see the image from the slider in AMP is not available https://testsafari.de/prestashop/prestashop/modules/pspagebuilder/views/img/start-ringe-gigantischer-diamant.jpg

Hello Marek,

yes, but we could not figure out why that is, since we upload every image within the Prestashop backend and choose it there too.

It looks like the amp builder is getting a wrong path for the images, but for widgets (like Instagram) it seems fine.

Do you have any suggestions?

Best regards!

Marek 17 Feb 2019, 14:10

I have found out the reason. The path is wrong.
Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your server through FTP I’ll try to make a fix

I need access to the pspagebuilder module

Daniel Kolb 18 Feb 2019, 10:47

I updated the login in my profile to another one for the whole Prestashop, it should have access to the pspagebuilder that way

The issue has been fixed. Please check it out

Hello Marek, the images have been fixed yes- thank you very much!

I just noticed another issue with the mobile version (AMP). At the checkout the AMP Module is not showing anymore (see image attached).

Is there any setting which can activate the AMP module for every mobile page?

Best regards!

Marek 18 Feb 2019, 13:16

Yes, there is no AMP version for checkout page, because there are a lot of necessary javascript what is not allowed by AMP. But we will try to do something with that, for now it downs work

Daniel Kolb 19 Feb 2019, 09:38

Oh okay. So where does that leave us exactly at the moment? We cannot launch a shop without a mobile version at the checkout. Do you have some kind of hotfix for this?

What is the problem to use checkout of the theme?

That is not a bug to fix it urgently.
The main sense of AMP is fast loading from customers and for google bots. Checkout page doesn’t require hi-speed and even doesn’t visible for google bots.
If you will try to find AMP module for prestashop you will find out all of then offers only a couple of pages in AMP format (Home, Category, Product). We have ampified all pages except checkout

Marek 30 Mar 2019, 19:38

All pages are Ampified in the latest update
