Ticket #13925 - Issue with two products on the website
Hi Marek
We discovered an issue yesterday with displaying two products on homepage (featured products section). See the image attached.
We actually thought the problem exists only on chrome, as I have checked on both normal and private view on Safari yesterday and there was no issue there.
But today I checked this on chrome, firefox, safari and its on all 3 browsers.
Could you please help us with that?

Try to use Product List widget instead of module
Hi Marek, not sure what you mean. Can you explain it please?
As I can see you have added a widget “Prestashop module” and selected “Promokit Products” module. I suggest you to use widget “Product List”
Sorry Marek, but your message doesn’t make any more sense to us. Still don’t get it. What do you mean by - you have added a widget ‘prestashop module’. We added the section i am referring to by going to Alysum settings - Homepage - pk_products
No idea what prestashop module has anything to do with that?
And what is the difference between widget and module?
Can you instruct us on how to fix the issue with displaying the images?
maybe this screenshot will help you http://take.ms/7Cs3c
Hi Marek,
no it actually doesn’t help, because
a) we never used prestashop module at all, no idea where did you get that. It’s not even listed under Page Builder (see image attached)
b) what’s more - we are not even using page builder for the homepage layout. As i mentioned before to set up our homepage we go to Alysum settings - Home Page.(image attached)
I need access to your back office
Please use details saved in our profile section.
Now I see. You are not using Page builder that’s why you didn’t understand that. Now all works fine https://londoncopyright.com
I mentioned that couple messages ago :)
can you tell what exactly was wrong and how did you fix that?
That was a cache issue. I just add a space into the module file to refresh it
Hmm, Marek, the website doesnt work all morning. Do you know why?
I didn’t touch anything, I’m an small vacation right now
as I can see, it works fine for me
