Ticket #14076 - 500 Error at the end of the checkout and after installing Apaczka module

I’m a newbie at Presta and though your whole template was quite easy to install, I’m stuck with two problems after which I get the 500 error.

1st: After completing all the checkout information and clicking the confirmation button at the end of the process, I get the 500 error in the browser. The customer mails though are being sent correctly and still get the order confirmation on e-mail.

2nd: Tried to instal APaczka module, but also got some exceptions and errors when I try to set the shipping through it - you can see them in attachment.

I’d be very glad and grateful if you could help. By the way, I really great job with the template!

Hi, Karolina.
Please give me a link to your store

I uninstalled the apaczka module, but the problem with error 500 at the end of the checkout still occurs. What I found out is that it happens only on computer, on mobile devices everything works fine and I get the normal order confirmation on browser.

Can you please help me? The deadline of store release is on Saturday :(

I just test out your checkout and it works fine for me. I have got a message “TWOJE ZAMÓWIENIE ZOSTAŁO POTWIERDZONE” in the end.
How to reproduce the issue?

Ok, so I’ve got a clue what might be a problem. The error occurs when I make a consecutive order from the same account. I’ve just created the new test account and it worked fine.

Here you’ve got some test cases I’ve covered:
→ Create new account → Place order (worked fine)
→ Create new account → Place order → Log out → Log in again → Place second order (worked fine)
→ Log in to the old account with 20 previous orders → Place another order (the error occurs)

So it seems like there is the problem with accounts with more than ‘n’ orders, but I’m not able to tell you what stands for n.

Could you please give me an error message?

Karolina Kwaśniewska 28 Mar 2019, 13:06

Ok - I found the bug. The problem was Sendin module which was not configured. I turned it off and everything works fine.

Thank you for your help and patience!
