Do you have enabled cache? you have to clear cache after theme update

Arpan Jain 29 Mar 2019, 18:31

I am unable to see anything in the back end. I remember deleting cache. Please correct this asap.

What did you do before?
There is an error http://take.ms/xDxYJ and there is no any mention of theme or modules there, I mean that is not our issue

Arpan Jain 30 Mar 2019, 09:36

I have updated the Amp files to the latest edition as mentioned by you. As soon as that was done everything stopped working. Including the back end. Kindly suggest.

Marek 30 Mar 2019, 11:37

I’m not sure that is an issue caused by the module. There is no module errors in the error messages http://take.ms/xDxYJ

Do you have a backup to restore working version of website?

Arpan Jain 30 Mar 2019, 22:10

I don’t have a back up. What is the best way to restore most of the current changes. Please proceed.

Marek 30 Mar 2019, 22:13

I want to emphasise that is not related to the theme so it’s not covering by support.
I can try to check it out but it will cost some price depending on time what I’ll spend

Arpan Jain 08 Apr 2019, 20:21

Since the error is not being resolved, is there a way to export the main menu or any other module from the back end, so that in the new restoration, time can be saved?

Marek 08 Apr 2019, 22:09

You can save your database through phpMyAdmin;
As I can see there is a method called “LegacyUrlConverter→convertByParameters” maybe you have installed some module before the issue is happened?
Please also try to clear prestashop cache at /var/cache/dev/ folder
