Hi, Vincent.
Your website doesn’t loading for me, could you please check it out?

Vincent Deniset 29 Mar 2019, 10:46

Well, it does work for me, I don’t understand.

Marek 29 Mar 2019, 10:49

The page is loading but never finish to load

Vincent Deniset 29 Mar 2019, 11:05

You may have to unlock the 8093 port on your router

Marek 29 Mar 2019, 11:10

I’m not sure I can do that. But ok, try to disable Infinite Scroll module

Vincent Deniset 29 Mar 2019, 11:20

Marek,
I disabled the module and the pagination does now appear. However I still have two columns for the products, I looked at the source code and it’s a bit weird as you can see in the picture attached.

Marek 29 Mar 2019, 12:50

I need access to your server through FTP to make a fix. I see what cause the issue

Vincent Deniset 29 Mar 2019, 12:53

I can’t give you ftp access right now, can you tell me what may be the cause of the issue, so my team can work on it?

Marek 29 Mar 2019, 12:59

Open the file /themes/alysum/templates/catalog/_partials/miniatures/product.tpl
See how it should be and change the code like at the screenshot http://take.ms/d2WiB
