Ticket #14619 - Newsletter module problem
Hi,
newsletter modules give some problems.
Pk_contact doesn’t send email and shows no message like “email already in use” or similar.
Ps_emailsubscription as well and it has a unformatted send button as in attachment (blue arrow)
What can I do?

Unfortunately I can suggest you nothing about mail chimp. Try to find some tutorials on the internet

No way for AMP?
Look. AMP is our main theme feature, and last half year we spent to build this module. We have a lot of ideas to implement in AMP version. We always works with our customers to get a feedback and implement most important features and fix bugs.
So, we are open for everyone.
What Amp problem do you have? Sorry, maybe you wrote about that, but we have huge tickets number last weeks and it’s hard to remember everyone

My issue is in AMP categories and products are empty. Try to navigate with the menu, you won’t see any categories page or products
so, any news about AMP issue?

I previously removed the menu items cause it didn’t work. Check it now and you’ll see the issue

Just make sure the module language module is installed and enabled, then go to AMP settings and make sure Language option is enabled too
last issues on AMP :
- size choice and color choice is not visible in AMP product (see attachment)
- In the checkout process, step 2, if you choose a different country instead the default one, the page restart the process and doesn’t change the country
- Product page shows just 1 image instead the carousel

Do you mean I need all countries language pack for shipping all over the world? On the desktop theme there’s no issue about is.
The issue is in the shipping process, step 2. Try to change the Country of shipping and the error comes up. I tried also on mobile demo of Alysum: same issue.

2. I mean the Country you have to choose in the checkout process, in the ADDRESS section.
In your demo USA is the default Country selected for shipping. If I switch shipping country to Italy or anyone else the site don’t keep the selection.

Sorry for the delay. We spent 2 days on this issue, unfortunately with no success yet. But In any case we will find a solution, so don’t worry, just give us a little bit more time.
This is a real problem for not italian customers and a big disservice for me… It’s difficult fro me to wait for long time more… how can i remedy meanwhile? I have to configure the whole site by css for good vision on mobile. Whata the files I have to set? Can I use css @media rules?

Yes, you can use @media rules in the Theme Settings → Customer CSS
