Something wrong with your configuration, because all works fine in the main store

Sergio Nuzzo (Sergionwp) 31 Jul 2019, 14:14

yes, I know.
The problem is in the new version
This afternoon we will import all product from the main store to the new version, but we would like to solve this problem before importing.

Please enable “debug mode”

Sergio Nuzzo (Sergionwp) 31 Jul 2019, 15:16

Hi Marek, we remembered that even in the previous version (in the main store) there was this problem.
We opened a ticket and you made an operation (I don’t know what) and the problem was solved.
But now it’s back in the new version we’ve installed... can you please try to fix it again and tell me what’s wrong? thank you.

Sergio Nuzzo (Sergionwp) 31 Jul 2019, 15:17

Debug mode is enable now

Marek (marek) 31 Jul 2019, 15:34

Now try to disable “MailChimp” module

Sergio Nuzzo (Sergionwp) 31 Jul 2019, 15:42

Done it and now the cart actually works. Thanks very much.
Now that we’ve created this test version the only problem left is on mailchimp
It is important for us to use the mailchimp module (even if the popup does not work).
Since this is the only problem remains, can you help us to understand why it does not work properly with your theme?

Thanks again

Try to reset Mailchimp module. Does it work in your first store?
