Ticket #15262 - Confirmation email for administrator
Hi there.
When a customer buys an item I don’t receive a confirmation mail. Customer receives emails correctly including invoice pdf and so but I can’t tell if anybody has placed an order.
Do I need to configure anything? I read about mailalert module but it doesn’t exist.
Any help?

That is not a question about theme configuration. Yes, you have to find MailAlert module. It’s a native prestashop module and should be available for free
