Ticket #15343 - Problems with newsletter

Suddenly, I can’t subscribe to the Newsletter. It always says “the email is already registered”. (I deleted the subscriptions before re-entering the email and tried with some invented mails, but nothing changes).

The subject is not translated in the mails, although I have translated it in International>Translations>Email Translations>Subject

This ticket does not depend on any other tickets.
