Ticket #15385 - AMP product page error 500 Google Search Console

Hi Marek,
I got this error on Google Search Console: Server error (5xx)….When I access the page on mobile or on a PC the page opens, But when I test the live version on the Search Console AMP test I get this error

Page cannot be reached
This could be because the page is unavailable or blocked by robots.txt

Of course I tested robots.txt and it’s not blocking it and as I said page opens on mobile and on PC.

How can I solve this?

Ps: Google search work well with home page, category, supplies, brand…but google does not associate the product AMP page with the html product page, is a very big problem for seo and organic search….
our seo is being destroyed

I need to enable Debug Mode to read full error messages. Bur if I do that nothing is changed, I always keep seeing only “Fatal error” message.
Do you have access to the error logs of your server?

Alessio 23 Aug 2019, 10:02

The debug mode is active, because only in debug mode I access to back office…we have to install a new clean prestashop

Ok, let me know when it will be ready

Hi Marek,
we have a problem with the product pages of the AMP, in debug mode we can see the pages but we can’t analyze the error because no error is shown, if we leave the debug mode the server returns Error 500: FATAL ERROR…Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

AMP seems disabled and I’m not able to see the issue. I also have no access to back office

Alessio 25 Aug 2019, 15:25

Yes, but I can’t update the backoffice url

Try now

Alessio 26 Aug 2019, 18:56

All works fine now?

Alessio 29 Aug 2019, 23:40

yes i update the field, but amp product page error 500

I need to take a look at server error logs to figure out what’s wrong. For some reason your prestashop doesn’t show error messages in Debug Mode

Hi, Alessio.
Is the access to your server through FTP correct? I edit module files but no changes in the front page
