Hello,
I have a problem on the website : https://www.labruleriedesalpes.fr.
I try to create an account but it doesn’t working. I click on “My account” then I click on “Create an account”, I add all my informations and I click on “Save”. I don’t receive a message which confirmes me my registration and my informations are not registrer in the back office. It is impossible for me to registrer.
Moreover, the part “Connexion/Inscriptions” is not clickable.

you have a conflict between modules. Please uninstall all modules what left from prestashop 1.6

I can’t say you exactly all modules, as I can see the conflict is with blockcart module. But would be right to uninstall all outdated prestashop 1.6 modules
My payment module is a prestashop 1.6 module.
But how can I know which module is 1.6 or 1.7 ?

I desactivate the module “blockcart”. The part “Connexion/Inscription” is now clickable.
However, I still cannot create an account. My informations are not registered in the back office and I don’t receive an confirmation email.
What should I do ?
I am able to registrer when I create an account before paying but it is not possible when I click on “Connexion/inscription” or “My account”.
I desactivate the oldest modules. Please, tell me if I forgot some.
do you use some external cache in your prestashop or server? I’m asking because I have make a fix in the file /www/themes/alysum/templates/catalog/_partials/miniatures/product.tpl but no changes in the front office
No, we don’t use some. We don’t set up external cache.

No I didn’t do that, as I wrote you before, I don’t see any changes in the front office after file modification.
We don’t have any cache, we’ve checked it.

I found out the error in the Layered Slider what is from prestashop 1.6. I want to notice that is not our problem but a problem of your upgraded prestashop.

I just added a product to cart, go to checkout, register and purchase a product. All works fine for me

I need to make sure the problem is in the theme. Could you please switch to Classic theme and check it out?

We’ve just switched to classic theme and my colleague was able to create an account.
So, the problem comes from the theme.
I must put the website online Friday, so the time is running out !!

I can’t reproduce the issue in our demo server and localhost. May I switch your store to Classic theme for a test?
Yes if you want but you must be careful. The website is almost finished, we don’t want a last-minute crash.
I spent too much time on that, and finally I have found a solution. All works fine with disabled “Anti Spam Avancé + reCAPTCHA” module

That is not related to the theme, Try to use Mail Alert module
