Ticket #15529 - Theme settings not working properly

Hi,
I have this issue again.

In General settings I have set:
- general typography font family
- Titles Font
- button font and colors

In Product Miniature :
- font-family, text transform
- label colors

None of this is working.

Hi, nrf2014.
Don’t forget about CSS cache https://take.ms/isvBl

hi
with no apparent pattern, some images links from the home page get broken:
https://eyeq.ro/luthelo/410-home_default/xdeodorant-crema-natural-mama.jpg.pagespeed.ic.ZLuVlhIfeW.webp This is an example of a product image, from home page, but the product picture is just fine: https://eyeq.ro/luthelo/mami/31-deodorant-crema-natural-mama.html
Also from home page, the background images from some sections gets the same problem:
background-image:url(/luthelo/modules/pspagebuilder/views/img/xluthelo_asociatie,P20fundal,P201800.png.pagespeed.ic.wnHcdhVqpY.webp);margin:auto auto 20px auto
and others don’t:
background-image:url(/luthelo/modules/pspagebuilder/views/img/leaf-3358296_1920.jpg);margin:auto 0 auto 0;padding-right:0;padding-left:0;color:#fff

As I can see you are using some cache module what makes that problem

nrf2014 19 Sep 2019, 13:24

I don’t understand: Smart cache for CSS is off, “Template compilation” is set to “Force compilation” and “Cache” to “no” and the problem seems to be the image link

Marek 19 Sep 2019, 13:34

As I can see you have a cache module, isn’t it?

nrf2014 19 Sep 2019, 13:46

no…

also, on product page the header breaks:

1. I don’ see the issue with header, please take a screenshot.
2. Make sure you always use .jpg or .png images. You have a problem with .webp image what is not supported by prestashop

nrf2014 20 Sep 2019, 13:41

the images are .png
that’s what i’m telling you: I upload .png and only in homepage the images gets broken, it’s a theme problem – i have attached screencapture with the .png images on server and also screencapture of back-office page-builder

this happens with images used with single image widget, row background, but also for some products, which in product page are ok

i have included a screencapture with homepage where you can see the normal header, product picture missing background picture missing and widget pictures missing

the header gets broken on any other page then homepage: product page, category page, contact — screencapture included

I wrote about .webp format because you gave me that link https://take.ms/sGRc2 also you can see there the end of the link is changed by page speed module - https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module/. There is no such links in the theme.

nrf2014 20 Sep 2019, 14:20

but, on the same page, i have other images, also png. that show just fine
nothing changed since i’ve uploaded those images

Marek 20 Sep 2019, 14:37

Could you please try to disable pagespeed module first? That is not prestashop module, but Apache

nrf2014 24 Sep 2019, 20:42

the mobile meniu is not doing anything - is it any setting for this?

Marek 24 Sep 2019, 20:46

Fixed

nrf2014 24 Sep 2019, 20:50

thanks
also, in cart page i have an issue with the up and down arrows that i can’t fix
can you take a look?

Marek 25 Sep 2019, 10:57

Did you edit theme files? if so, try to restore original

nrf2014 25 Sep 2019, 18:23

I didn’t edit the theme files

Also, is it possible to deactivate the Product details tab from the product page? there’s nothing that goes there

Marek 26 Sep 2019, 11:59

I need access to your server through FTP. For now I can connect but there is no files
