Ticket #15713 - Display Post featured image

In my blog (https://telestampiamonoi.it/blog) in single post (img01) i have to display “Post featured image”.
I don’t know why if I upload an image in the post (img02), the image is not shown.

Seems to works only for the first post.
And upload the image of the first post on all the other posts. why?
