Good morning, in the facebook module works the login but I do not see the chat. Do you know why this can happen?
It is activated and configured

I need access to module files. Currently I see only empty folder

Alexandro Galussio 16 Oct 2019, 17:57

You have the accesses in the ADM panel.
I don’t know how else I can give access without them being public.

it looks like a conflict with another module what uses Facebook scripts, if you know which one please disable it just for a test

Alexandro Galussio 17 Oct 2019, 08:17

The other module there is “The official Facebook pixel.”
I tried deactivating it anyway, and it didn’t work.

Please make sure you have your domain name in the White List https://monosnap.com/file/CmTgTuvzKV2QxSVrMzPL8wg0hUsJnR

Alexandro Galussio 17 Oct 2019, 15:51

Okay, it’s up to date. You can now enter the data that are there.

Marek 17 Oct 2019, 16:27

Do you already have your domain in the white list in the Facebook Page settings?

Alexandro Galussio 17 Oct 2019, 16:28

Yes, I entered it

Marek 17 Oct 2019, 19:32

I’m sure it’s a conflict with other Facebook module or wrong module configuration. The module usually works fine by default

Marek 17 Oct 2019, 19:32

all is ok in our demo https://alysum5.promokit.eu/en/

Alexandro Galussio 17 Oct 2019, 19:34

Since I installed it, it never worked. It didn’t even put the message logo.
I do not know what the problem may be, and if you who did not know I’m lost ….

Marek 17 Oct 2019, 20:24

Please uninstall all modules what you are not going to use, that’s also recommended for better performance. Then I’ll continue to investigate the issue

Alexandro Galussio 18 Oct 2019, 11:12

Okay, I’ll start doing it.

Alexandro Galussio 18 Oct 2019, 18:28

I’ve got all the modules under control. The developer of the hosting indicates me that the error is the one that I attach in the screenshot.

Marek 21 Oct 2019, 16:25

I see that error, but it doesn’t say what the problem comes from. We have tested out our module on different customers servers, our demo server and out localhost and all working fine. Only your installation has this problem. Could you please try to use this free Facebook module instead of our one https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/652948-facebook-messenger-chat/

Alexandro Galussio 21 Oct 2019, 17:20

Perfect, install the module and start working!

Marek 21 Oct 2019, 17:21

It’s a surprise for me. I’ll compare the code of our modules

Alexandro Galussio 22 Oct 2019, 11:19

Something made the module since now it deactivates it and activates yours and it works!

Marek 22 Oct 2019, 11:20

Facebook is always surprise me
