I’ve paste the google tag code in the header layout
but it seems that it doesnt work , where can I edit the <HEAD> ?
to add the SEO meta , description, and paste the goolge tag?

you don't have to edit any code, just install and configure Google Analytics module

you don't have to use any scripts, use module only

As I can see the Google Analytics ID is implemented in the source code of your store https://take.ms/vNoTw please check out once again, it has to work
