Ticket #16269 - I have problems with the cart

I have problems with the cart, since several customers inform me that when they enter “for the first time” to the web have products in the cart.
I tried it and there are usually products that I didn’t add.

Do you know why this can happen?

Hi, Alexandro.
Make sure you have disabled an option “Re-display cart at login” in the “Shop Parameters” → “Customer Settings”
