Ticket #16291 - "Fatal Error" in AMP version of product page

Hi. Please, find below some issues I got (v.5.3.8 - PS v.1.7.6.1)
1 - In AMP version, any product you select from any link I got “Fatal Error”, which doesn’t let you buy; that’s why I temporary disabled AMP version.
2 - Language selector doesn’t work when in page “Blog” or in a post (AMP version it’s ok): “404 Error” → I discovered that this happens in the responsive version BUT ONLY when AMP version is enabled - same error as in previous Ticket #15397 (I don’t know what’s happened, maybe due to the update; please if possible let me know how to avoid this issue in the future)
3 - The button ADD TO CART in AMP home page is cut (see pic 3)
4 - YouTube embedded video looks good (responsive) in the blog (see https://www.paolin.net/en/blog/press-celebrities/radio-interview-november-2018), but not in the shop (see https://www.paolin.net/en/earrings/105-teneriffe-medium-earrings-blue.html) despite the same html code; any idea?
Thank you very much.
Alessandro

Hi, Alessandro.
I need to read your server error logs, could you please provide it to me?

Alessandro Paolin 27 Nov 2019, 11:58

Hi Fred,
I don’t know exactly what you mean, but here you can find attached the screenshot I get about the Fatal Error in AMP version of any product page (see just Fatal Error on the top left): but let me know if you need further information from a webmaster (I’m not that kind of expert). Also, feel free to re-activate the AMP version if you need. You should also have access to the back office and host server (see my details in “custom information”).
Thank you for the prompt answer.
Alessandro

Yes, I see the issue. But the problem here is that there is no error message, it should be in the error log of your server. Please ask your webmaster

Alessandro Paolin 28 Nov 2019, 09:34

Hi Fred,
here is what I got https://paolin.net/shop/ (you see the same in the attached screenshot) and according to the webmaster is the only error. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks
Alessandro

Sorry, probably that folder “shop” was an old unused fold. The theme is in public_html/themes/alysum
Something strange:
/* Debug only */
if (!defined(’_PS_MODE_DEV_’)) {
define(’_PS_MODE_DEV_’, true);
}
when it is “true” and AMP is enabled, any product page works, but not when in false (I get “Fatal Error”); as seen previously, language selector still not working in AMP.
Thanks

Fred 28 Nov 2019, 13:47

Yes that is the main difficult for me to find a reason of the issue. There is no error message and that’s why I ask to see server error logs

Alessandro Paolin 28 Nov 2019, 17:59

Ok. According to the webmaster, there are no server error logs

Fred 28 Nov 2019, 22:00

I have no idea what to do now, but what is exactly the reason is in your server configuration, because it works fine for any other customer.

Alessandro Paolin 04 Dec 2019, 17:18

Sorry Fred, by “fighting” with the webmaster I got the “php_errorlog” that you can find attached. I hope it helps you. Also, it’s not possible to read blog posts in AMP with debugging on.
Thank you.

Great, thank you!
I see there are a lot of errors caused by Faceted Search module. Please make sure you have installed latest module version

Alessandro Paolin 05 Dec 2019, 13:01

Faceted search module is (and was) updated…

The issue has finally been found out and fixed

Alessandro Paolin 06 Dec 2019, 15:58

- Sorry: if I put “Debug mode = NO” I still get “Fatal Error” in AMP version of product pages (checked with Chrome incognito window).
- BUT: if I select “Debug mode = YES” it works but “Press & Celebrities” and “News” menu link don’t work correctly in AMP.
- Still, have the button ADD TO CART in AMP home page is cut.
- In AMP I activated “Show Product Accessories” (for product pages) but I don’t see it as I can see in your demo (obviously I need to select “Debug mode = YES”); see attached file “05 - Related products AMP” - It would be wonderful if “Related products” were available also in AMP
- In your demo in the product page, there is instagram tab (tab “other photos”); how can I activate it? do I need to embed the code from another service like this https://lightwidget.com/ ?
Thank you
Alessandro

Strange, it worked before.
Could you please send me fresh error log?

Alessandro Paolin 09 Dec 2019, 18:10

Hi Fred. I just talked to the webmaster and he said there are no new errors.
There is another issue I just noticed about the newsletter module (desktop and AMP): when you subscribe to the newsletter and press the button arrow nothing happens.
Thank you.
Alessandro

Please make sure you have correct file /modules/pk_popup/ajax.php permissions, it should be 644

Alessandro Paolin 10 Dec 2019, 13:26

I changed /modules/pk_popup/ajax.php permissions in 644 and pop-up works, but I see the code (maybe due to debug mode? see attached file).
I still have the same problem with the newsletter module in the footer and in AMP; maybe the same problem but I can’t find the proper file. Also, it doesn’t look updating mailchimp list, even though the connection looks right.
Thank you

The issue has been fixed. Please test to confirm the change

Alessandro Paolin 10 Dec 2019, 17:47

Sorry Fred, the pop-up works, but nothing changed about all the other issues. In “Debug mode = NO” I still have the same Fatal Error

Fred 10 Dec 2019, 17:54

As I remember I have asked you about fresh error logs
