That is not Revolition Slider, that is a Daily Deal module

you can hide buttons with following CSS:

.pk-dd-buttons {display:none}

As for the text, you can find it in the theme’s translation. You can also use translation catalog to find it https://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/translations.html
