Ticket #16450 - Problem with module "Product Comments"

Hello.

I have problems with the comments form (productcomments). I installed the theme, but the module does not exist. The theme has its own comment form. How can I solve ??

Version prestashop 1.7.6.1 and alysum version 5.3.8.

productcomments is native prastashop module. Please make sure it’s installed and enabled

Hi Fred. The module is active but when I try to publish a comment it does not give me the possibility to select the stars for the evaluation. After publishing the comment it loads to infinity. From the console I notice an error Js.

So 2 errors.

1 - Stars not selectable
2 - Loading to infinity

Please update the theme to the latest version 5.3.9.

Yes the theme has been updated. Now only the problem of the stars remains. They are not highlighted when the comment is released.

Make sure that is not a cache issue. Try to clear cache in your back office

Yes I deleted chace from both prestashop and browser. The problem of the stars at the time of evaluation remains.
