Hello ! I’ve just bought the Alysum theme and when I try to import it in the backoffice , It keep loading.. And the theme never imported ..

The theme has been successfully installed through FTP, seems your server has a limit for upload file size what doesn’t allowed to install through browser

Okay thanks. Pease, I have another issue.. The mobile version of the site is different from the the PC version .. Did I miss a config ? Please check and tell me how to make the mobile version looks like the PC version with same products, but responsive .. I’m not experienced in Prestashop.

Go to Theme Settings → AMP and disable AMP option, or configure AMP, if you want to use it

Hello Fred! I have some issues

1- I configure lookbook with new images but, images don’t change on my site..

2- I don’t see anymore my categories on the sites .. It appears sometimes but disapears almost of the time

3- When I disable a module, I get this type of message on the site “Unable to load widget. Make sure the module “pk_testimonials” is installed and enabled” for example… How can I remove it simply with out displaying it is disabled..

4- According to the documentation, when I change the logo to a Text logo, I don’t it on the site. I still have an image logo.

5- How to customize the footer ?

Hi, Brunel.
1. Have you tried to clear prestashop cache?
2. Please try this solution https://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/#faq7

3. Go to Page Builder and remove it there
4. Go to Header Builder and configure the logo there
5. Go to Footer Builder and configure it there
