I don’s see Layouts and Blog

I have as well this message on the homepage:

The slider doesn’t exist. Maybe you missed to import it. Go to “Theme Settings” → “Presets”

So maybe I can reload the demo again? Could you help how to do, maybe the problem with the menu is than solved as well. Because in the menu I only see Home and don’t see the camera, computers etc.

Or it has something to do with running it local on a wampserver.

We have made for know a local shop. Our 1.6 is still running with the old Venedor theme, so I don’t have a online store at the moment.
Could you please advise what to do?

The problem is that I have to make the website offline and when I go further without solving issue, I’m stuck. And afraid that once I do get online when this issue isn’t fixed yet, I’ll have to start all over again. Trying to avoid that.
My old website is online, orders are being placed there so I can’t take it offline and put the new one online before it is ready.
If you can give me a hint of what it could be I could check that out.
In the zip I see a .psd file, does that need to be uploaded somewhere? Or is it possible to unzip the file and take it to the local version like I would ftp in an online version.
Is it possible to help us out through teamviewer (or something like that) and an appointment? Or would it be possible to upload all demo-data in the offline version?

Hi Fred,

I tried to make a compleet new prestashop and than installed the theme again, but also here not al the data of the demo is used in my shop.
It uses the sample data from the sample theme prestashop installs with a new shop. Also when I make a menu with the submenu builder and go to the venedor menu I don’t see the prestashop links “layout”.

Please help to solve this issue so I can make our new shop.

Not working any more

Hi Fred,
I have installed all modules that were in the old shop. As well as the friendly url. It are the same modules as on the old website, with the venedor theme. So that should not be the problem.
I switched the theme to the standard demo shop so I can verify if the 404 error was in the theme or not. Then I switched back.
This problem is the same problem as when I first installed the theme.
When I look at the venedor settings in the backoffice then I see the colors I can choose from. The pictures of the colors are not showing correctly as well.
Hope this info can help you solve the issue.
Please let me know what the problem is so when it appears again I can fix it.

Hi Fred,

I saw the Prestashop link “layout” in the venedor menu.
When I go to the Venedor menu, I want to select “merken” or “slaapzak” then I click on save but in the Venedor menu it doesn’t change the name to “merken” or “slaapzak” it is called Lay24 and Lay25.
What do I need to do to change this into the right name?

The other thing is that when I take a look at my homepage I no longer see the Revolution slider. And when I hover over Lay24 or Lay25 I don’t see the menu at all.
I emptied the cache and then the homepage only shows the green circle turning as in loading the page.

I understand I need to have a back-up of the website but what is the problem that causes the layout to dissapear? Because when it should happen again, I know where to find the solution, can you please explain? In our production website we have automatic back-ups but this is a new website where I don’t have that option. What do you suggest I do to create a back-up. Because I need a back-up of the database and of the website itself.

Is it possible to reinstall only the slider? Or do I have to reinstall the theme again? Where do I find the slider module to reinstall?

I don’t now which cache, but I think you mean the module “page cache”. But I have disabled this module, empty the cache, but stil don’t see the revolution slider.

I turned of the page cache module, so maybe you can see it?
