Hi. How Can I add “name” in polish “Imię” field to newsletter?
Also Is there any chance to make clickable cross to disable the popup?

There is no easy way to add a field, that requires module customisation.
As for the cross issue, Please fill out all necessary fields in your profile https://support.promokit.eu/index.php?do=myprofile to access to your back office
