Ticket #16867 - Installation of theme doesn't work

Hello,

I’m installing Alysum theme and when I click to “use these theme” this message appear :

“Table ‘meublesmwr759.mod399_pk_theme_settings’ doesn’t exist<br /><br /><pre>SELECT * FROM `mod399_pk_theme_settings` WHERE id_shop = 1;</pre> "

On Prestashop forums we talk to me the theme was install without parameters table.

How can I fix this ?

Hi, Virginie.
1. Please make sure Debug Mode is disabled
2. Try to reset Theme Settings module

1. I can’t make Debug Mode on disabled because my administrator page is white
2. I can’t succeed to reset theme settings module

Have you other way to fix this ?
