I talked to you few weeks ago, looking for some support and did everything you requested and nothing worked. Now, we have even more problems as the store started to sell to customers.
—– Currently deactivated because it’s impossible to work with it, but it’s CRITICAL to solve it —– If we activate AMP, those users accessing the site via mobile doesn’t create a new cart. They use the last cart opened with the obvious problems. The last PC added an item to the cart (cart_id 100) share the cart with ALL THE MOBILES that access the website see 0 items in cart until they add an item. Then 2 items are there (the one added via PC and the one via mobile). If one of them, or another mobile, clear the cart, it’s clear to everyone, but still, they keep sharing it. If you’re at the checkout while someone add an item or clear the cart, you pay what it’s in that exact second, not what you previously had when you went to Checkout. If you’re already at the gateway when someone clear the cart, you PAY but no order is received. Prestashop thinks you had no items, so it doesn’t create the order.
I already did all the checks, it’s an AMP problem here, if I deactivate it and use the “responsive” version in mobile, it works correctly.
—– Faceted search only showing titles, not options. Currently deactivated because I’m tired of waiting a solution for this, but we need it solved aswell —– As said in the subtitle, it does not show the options to filter inside the categories. Once we deactivated the AMP we saw the responsive theme worked “poorly” in mobile, those checking box had strange chars inside them. In desktop version, nothing at all. Just the titles. I’ll attach a photo of the filters in mobile.
As it’s said the support will be provided with delay, I’ll clone the website to another domain and activate all the things so you can check what’s the problem and access to the Back to solve it. It’s been months trying to fix it and we (dev) and our customer (owner of the shop) are ver tired of these problems. They’re not all the problems, but they’re the most important at the moment.

Please make sure you have disabled an option “Re-display cart at login” in the “Shop Parameters” → “Customer Settings”
Hey Fred, thanks for replying.
That option is supposed to show the cart ONCE THE USER IS LOGGED, but we’re seeing the problem when they’re still as visitor.
Ok, but have you tried to disable it?
Hey Fred, I just checked what you said. Now it creates new cart also for AMP, but with the problem that it will create a new cart every time a user logins into the page.
I noticed now that users can’t add (through AMP) a product to cart if it has no stock while we have that activated and works perfectly in desktop template.
I’m not able to reproduce the cart issue on my phone, it just work.
As for “no stock” issue, please give me direct links where I can test it out
We removed the FORCE AMP because it’s breaking everything now. You can check it accessing directly to bienestalia.com/mobile credentials are in the profile if you need them. Be careful if you do any change, the shop is in production. The homepage has the right setup, but if you access to one of the products
It was working perfectly (with the cart issues I said before) and with no reason, yesterday we lost some options on the AMP addon config. Without doing any changes it dissapeared the cart/search/login on header menu. And when I say dissapear, I say, it even VANISHES the options inside the Design > AMP > Header. (File attached). I had to recover the AMP plugin from a backup I made few hours ago. During the evening, adding some CSS to the theme, we saw AMP option was deactivated, WITH THE AMP WORKING JUST FINE.
It was working fine at 10pm CEST. We were doing some tests, we even did orders to check everything was working. Went to bed and did the last test from there and AMP was ruined again.
AMP is now crossing CSS from desktop and AMP. We’re just desperate.

I put the product “Plantillas Coolmax” size 46 to 0 stock so we can see if it’s able to add it to the cart with AMP once your tests are done.

It does the css now, but still, why with AMP can’t we sell out of stock items when we have it activated and it’s possible through desktop and responsive mobile?

You did posted the issue, the size 46 is able to be bought on desktop but not on MAP

Did you do another change? Images are not showing in the AMP product pages and we only see that position completely blank… To be fair, I’m not sure if it had images when we talked this evening.
And when accessing the Modules page Error 500:

Hey Fred, we have another problem found with AMP. Even forcing Desktop for checkout, keeps adding some AMP code and it’s making our One Page Checkout to fail not allowing us to delete items from cart, and randomly not giving people the chance to register in the website.

Just one question, a couple days ago I have got an email from One Page Checkout module developers about similar problem what their customer has. That was you? I’m asking because will be easier to find a solution together
Yes, it was me, I thought it was a problem with the OPC but they told me some AMP code was found on that page where it shouldn’t. Any estimation on the solution? Most of our users come via mobile.

Website loads so much faster when AMP is forced in mobile and with that in mind, looking to position better in search engines, we still need to force the mobile version of the website.

Hey Fred, could you please give me a solution to be able to buy items without stock on AMP? We’ve been waiting for two months now. And still it works in desktop but not in AMP.
