Ticket #17548 - Schema Error Author Review product

After the last update I have an error in search console with the author of the review in the product.
Attached are screenshots of the search console and the schema.

Do you know how to fix it?

As I can see you are using some third party comments module and I’m not able to edit it’s code

Yes, it’s a third party but it worked well before Alysum’s last update.

You say you don’t have to see the Alysum update?
I have to pay to renew this module and I don’t need to. I can pay for it but if you don’t have to see Alysum theme.

The module provider says that if I don’t change anything it should work as it did before. Besides, in some parts it works and in others it doesn’t.

For example this one works ok:
