Ticket #17572 - Multilanguage problem
When on a multilanguage site, if user is logged (for anonymous everything works fine), on changing language you can get mixed translations in a page.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a product to cart
- Go to cart page
- Change to language 2
- Change to language 3
Now you can see some literals on language 3 and some others in language 2. It happens when you change 2 times the language in a page (but not for all pages).

Im not able to open the link https://shop-dev.ecofestes.com/ https://take.ms/MVsh9
Sorry, we changed domain to https://dev.shopecofestes.com
it’s hard for me to understand what word is in which language. Could you please check it to me at a screenshot?
On attached image, hightlighted items are in catalan, any other string is in spanish. The current selected language is spanish.
Most odd is the menu, all elements are done with pk_menu, the only difference between “Inici” (Home) and the others is that “Inici” is a prestashop link and the others are setup as custom links.

error_language.png(83.5 KiB)Spent much time on that boat I can’t understand what is going on.
The theme just show the text received from prestashop and it doesn’t manage translation.
Please make sure all is translated correctly.
Everything is translated properly… after you get a wrong language view, if you reload the browser, all strings are shown in the proper language.
that looks like a cache issue. Do you use some cache modules?
I also thought that at the beginning, but we also tested with Prestashop cache disabled with same results. We are not using any other cache module, just the default cache functionality provided by Prstashop.
It’s really weird :(
do you have an option to test out the issue with Classic theme?
I really have no idea what to do, and I’m not sure that is the theme’s problem
