I don’t find any documentation about messenger and whatsapp chat.
I would like to set it also in desktop version. And I would like to know how to set the whatsapp id.

There is no whatsapp for desktop. You have to find some module for that

1. Go to Modules, find there Facebook module and configure it.
2. Go to AMP settings and configure messengers there
