Ticket #18366 - AMP error

Hello, at a glance I have reviewed the documentation and checked the configuration of my server and store to be able to activate the AMP, I have deactivated all the modules that you think or intuited that they could be giving some type of error so that the store does not load, but the error that appears to me is toomanyredirects, so I sensed that it could be some specific module for b2b, but I have deactivated all of them and I still had the same problem … Any ideas?

It is the same thing that happens to me, when I activate the mobile visa in the browser there is no problem … the problem occurs in the mobile device itself … I have tried it on an android nexus, with crome, on iphone xsmax with safaria and chrome and it always gives me the same error: too many redirects. and it does not change even if you delete the navigation cookies … It doesn’t work on mobile …

Great, and how or where can I download and install the AMP module? when i install the template it installs automatically…

you don’t have to download it. It’s in your back office.

So I do not understand… What should I do?

Gloria Franco Hernandez 19 Jun 2020, 14:09

You mean reset the module?

Fred 19 Jun 2020, 15:13

Yes, reset, and that is the same as uninstall and install it back

I just reinstalled the AMP module but it remains the same …

Fred 22 Jun 2020, 11:42

Seems I understand the problem. There is no access to website for guests. Could you please disable that option just for a test to make sure that’s it

Gloria Franco Hernandez 22 Jun 2020, 11:54

First thing, let him try…

Gloria Franco Hernandez 22 Jun 2020, 11:55

Even right now it is disabled for mobiles, so you should understand that setting and load the AMP. I also checked the .htacces… also if the friendly URLs were ok… or if I should integrate a virtual url…

Fred 22 Jun 2020, 12:22

Yes, I see. Need some time to find out a reason

Fred 22 Jun 2020, 22:54

I have no idea what’s happened but now AMP works on my devices, please test it out
