Ticket #18461 - Multi store layouts problemS
Hello, and thank you for your support.
I built a multi-store PS 220.127.116.11.
Two shops : Main shop : https://www2.lasavonneriedunouveaumonde.com/fr/ Pro Shop : https://www2.lasavonneriedunouveaumonde.com/pro/fr/
My goal : same layout on both shops. The main differences are categories, products, and some static pages.
“Main shop” is okay.
I use Alysum (I’ve built an Alysumchild because of some little modifications).
I built 3 specific layouts (page, header, footer) for my project :
- Home Savonnerie v1
- Header Savonnerie v1
- Footer Savonnerie v1
I inactivated some modules I don’t need (compare product, favorite product, wish list, amp, ...).
It’s beautiful, thank you.
For building “Pro Shop”, I exported my 3 layouts in TXT files from “Main shop”, and I created the 3 same layouts in “Shop pro” by importing the 3 previous exports.
I also imported all main layout (oldstyle, lingerie, etc). I found links in your readme.
But “Pro shop” is a disaster : no information are displayed. It’s not a blank page, but an “empty” page.
No logo, no menu, no information. But “Rechercher” (Search) is displayed on the top left.
Please, have a look.
You’ll see that the “Pro Shop” uses theme Alysum, and not Alysumchild. Why ?
When I was writing this ticket, I discovered that if I apply child theme to Pro Shop, Header and Footer are missing on Main Shop !!!!!!!!!!
...It seems so fragile...
I disabled opcache, just for you
Use carefully with and without :define(’_PS_MODE_DEV_’, true)
It is really a mess.
So, just to try “something”, I set the “classic” theme on Pro Shop. To compare.
It’s a little bit different but it’s still a disaster : juste a logo and the copyright footer.
And nothing between... Juste some background colors... Try it.
A (maybe) important information : First, I built a solo prestashop website, with Alysum. Then, I toggled to multi-store.
