Ticket #18502 - Extend support

Hello,
I had an email to suggest to extend the support, I would like to extend the support but when I click the button extend and then save, nothing happens, no price or next screen and no email, is there something I missed?

you have to do that on the themeforest website

Ah thank you!
Last update caused us a lot of trouble, we had to roll-back to the backup, so we did not update.
I expect we do need support for a future update that’s why I will pay now but it is caused by in my opinion the not perfect published updates.
What happens if we don’t do updates anymore? will we still be able to use the theme for a few more years?

Yes, that was “hard” update because the most important module “Theme Settings” has been developed from scratch. Further update will be light and don’t has to bring some problems

I have not been able to update, because the update caused so much trouble what can I do best now to try to update the theme?

As we don’t want to mess-up the live site? Is there a ‘cautious’ way to update the theme in little steps?

it’s hard to say about some “steps” to make smooth update. You have to update all files what was changed since previous version

I purchased extended support on july 1st 2020 but in my account it says support is expired, can you help with this?
