Theme’s native module Testimonial is not working
I added the one in the theme however it does not function the same as the demo

This is apart of the theme but the module looks different it does not show where people can ask questions etc.

Yes, all is right. That is not testimonials module but Product Comments.

Sorry for that I was clicking Moderate Product review tab however the page builder is not working unless I am not understanding.
I hired a developer and they can not get it work either.
The testimonies do not move on the page and the page builder is not showing the catergory layout designed. I added s viedo below

Two developers have checked the catergory page builder both confirm the layout is not changing when they apply changes. Please advise we are schedueled to launch in seven days

I’m not able to connect to your server through FTP to try to fix it
You can connect through SFTP.
I added the details below
64.225.17.253 to the server which is using sftp as protocol
port 2005,
username is root
password R@inb0w081982, files are located in the /var/www/html folder
now I can connect.
But I don’t see the issue. As I can see you have selected “test” layout for your category page and in the front office I see that “test” layout https://take.ms/JFrkO
We are trying to get the page layout like this https://vogue-theme-elegant.myshopify.com/collections I do see the directions for building the catergory pages. I need to know how to seperate the subcatergories, please advise. Do you know when your team will have someone available for customization.

I took a few days to carefully review and detail what we need. I am sure it is rather simple if you know what you are doing.
I have hired two developers and the only reason i feel it did not work is because they did not read the theme insturction, so it is much better for us to work with your experienced team.
Please review the attached file and let me know how to proceed with payment. I am sure it is very simple.

Plesase not I believe work is really not custom it does not envolve changing the code just hooking the theme the way we want but I understand it is not support
