Ticket #18963 - Same Category products not show

Hi!!

We have activated same category product, but it doesnt work, look this pictures

I clear the caché → not work
Reinstall modules → not work
Reinstall theme → not work
Create a new layout with theme builder add footer product → Not work…

Please can you help me… i need to show the related products on the product page.

did you add “related products” in the product settings?

go to some product → basic settings and scroll down

Hi!!

We want just show related product in the same category
Here is our staging platform and its works → https://bytefy.es/inter_api/es/COLEGIAL/9-CHAQUETALAJURADA.html Look the image, no related product added, but show with the same category.

Ok, please make sure you have installed and enabled “Products in the same category” module
