Ticket #19076 - HTTP 500 error after adding latin extended sym
i switch latin extende symbols to on (spanish mexico default lenguaje) and the back office crashed leaving a 500 http error
also a warning:
unlink(C//…modules/pkthemesettings/views/js/dynamic/customerjs1.js): Resource temporarly unavailable
i entered in (’_PS_MODE_DEV_’, true);
and i could change it back, but it didnt work nevertheless
so the front end is crashed now, and the back office is working only in develop mode

looks like permissions issue to delete empty file.
Can I have access to the website via FTP to try to fix it?
or you can try manually remove the file /modules/pkthemesettings/views/js/dynamic/customerjs1.js
i removed it, but still http500 error when not in DEV mode :(
also, im developing locally so no ftp access, what should i do?
actually when i try to change any setting on the back office it gives me this error:

i just saw thats only when i try to change things in the theme settings, everything else works just fine
it’s hard to debug remotely. I need access to files to find out what’s wrong
im working locally we dont upload anything to any server until everything works, i can send you any log information or files to any email.
Also if there is a way to reset theme configuration im in early stages of develop so there is no problem

I’m no sure it will help. I need to edit a file what has an error. In our localhost and demo server all works fine without such problem
I didnt mess with anything that i should mess with, I was following the steps of your documentation, if you are telling me that i have to spend money so you can work fixing an issue that i didnt create i will like to have a refund then, im not paying a hosting service just because your template crashed for no reason
to find out the reason of the issue I need access to theme files
i can send them via git , email or any other method
