Ticket #19171 - Error 500 after applying Alysum
Hello.
I have prestashop 1.7.6.7, Alysum 5.6.0 and Theme Setting 2.0.2
Prestashop was working fine, I uploaded the zip file and when switching to Alysum I get the 500 error. Only mobile version was not giving that error.
Now I’m in debug mode, but being a new user I dont know where should I look for the problem causing the error..

As I can see Alysum theme is enabled and from office works fine for me. How to see the issue?
That’s because im in debug mode, I can see the site while debug mode is on, but when you turn it off the error 500 appears

I need to see error logs to understand where is the issue.

I have OVH as web host and they utilize ModSecurity as a base firewall, but in my panel is disabled..
I also tried activating and deactivating but the 500 error was not resolved..

I was not specific, now without DEBUG mode, the site seems visible(its in maintenance mode),
but I get 505 error when entering the back office.
We really need to find what causes the error. Maybe your hosting support can advice where to find error logs?

I got today’s errors from OVH logs, and there were only those 3

then i checked the logs in Advanced parameters > logs in prestashop and I get this error: An exception was caught while loading the form psmegamenu. Warning: Use of undefined constant MCRYPT_MODE_CBC - assumed \’MCRYPT_MODE_CBC\’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP).
Nonetheless I emptied the cache like the post was saying but I still got the problem
but there is no any mention of our modules or the theme
Ok, so the problem is not given by the theme.. but there is still some kind of conflict with it
as I can see the errors caused by ps_facetedsearch module

THAT WORKED. I went in FTP searched for folder var/cache/dev and var/cache/prod, deleted the content of both folders and now everything works without debug mode.
