Unable to open back office link https://take.ms/3FOv8

juan cantu 25 Sep 2020, 23:18

Fred 26 Sep 2020, 09:56

try again with the same pasword it should work now :)

Fred 27 Sep 2020, 11:01

as I can see all requests to Facebook are blocked. You seems have you add your domain to white list in the Facebook app settings

juan cantu 28 Sep 2020, 22:43

white list in facebook page and app are configured correctly, when you try to create an account even if its not with facebook log in, it shows an error 500

Fred 29 Sep 2020, 11:42

Please try to disable Promokit Captcha module.

juan cantu 29 Sep 2020, 17:59

Done, did not work

Fred 30 Sep 2020, 14:02

When I try to login first time it registers me a s a customer but prestashop doesn’t let to login https://take.ms/9JPzu. Do you have error logs to see maybe there are some errors registered?

juan cantu 01 Oct 2020, 00:16

I think there is some sort of misconfiguration with languages i can only see error logs with development mode (i think you turned it on right?) on but i dont see any that could mess with “my account section” because its not only facebook but also normal registration itself that shows error 500, umm..

I checked in developers.facebook for possible errors but its actually all good, there is no errors with connecting to the API

the Capture error also happened when trying to do a checkout

Fred 02 Oct 2020, 15:48

but the Captcha module is not even installed https://take.ms/wFVHD

Fred 02 Oct 2020, 15:49

do you have another captcha module?

juan cantu 02 Oct 2020, 18:04

No i have not installed any module that is not in the documentation of your theme, but you before told us to disable the captcha module, i could install it again.

juan cantu 02 Oct 2020, 18:06

that captcha error is from september 24, the facebook login issue is new

Fred 03 Oct 2020, 00:01

we spent much time on that with no result. The module usually works fine, what’s wrong in your case I have no idea. Hope to find a solution soon

juan cantu 03 Oct 2020, 21:36

I have followed all documentation on your theme, this is not our fault no matter the time, how can you tell me “hope to fina a solution soon”.. ?

juan cantu 03 Oct 2020, 22:24

As you can see the credentials are well configured, FB.login() is already connected but it doesnt go actually register, i saw you had a problem before in other comments but i didnt see any solution at least in the tread

Fred 04 Oct 2020, 13:32

maybe you have another module what call Facebook scripts.
Please check out troubleshooting page https://alysum5.promokit.eu/promokit/documentation/pkfacebook/ in the very bottom

juan cantu 04 Oct 2020, 13:55

I did a fresh installation to see if it was a configuration on my part, which is not, everything that your documentation says i have done, no result, if there is no facebook log in there is no user registration

Fred 05 Oct 2020, 19:16

Please disable Facebook module for a while.
As you can see the module works fine in our demo, so the problem is in configuration.
We are trying to understand what’s wrong, hope to find an answer soon.

juan cantu 06 Oct 2020, 20:09

facebook login was messing with all the registration protocol, now that is disable i can buy products, i dont know whats the issue because i can see that your demo works, i would like mine to work too

Fred 07 Oct 2020, 16:08

we are trying to find out what’s wrong
