Ticket #19269 - AMP : Desktop 404 when clicking on Homepage Logo + Images not showing on product page (BLOCKING)
After updating the theme and reinitializing the theme’s settings, the AMP part of the theme isn’t working anymore.
We tried to load the backup layout we created but it’s impossible to import as we get the following error :
“custom” Preset seems invalid. Unable to change preset.
The preset was, of course created with the theme itself so I don’t understand what’s wrong with it.

I didn’t have the option to set the ticket to CRITICAL or I missed it but my store is currently in MAINTENANCE MODE and I am receiving my next collection today ! I can’t open the store without pictures on the mobile product pages and a 404 when users click on the main page logo.
Should I consider Premium Support to get this out of the way ASAP ?

I just checked but the issue is still here and now there is no more products on the Desktop homepage as well.

Thanks ! it’s good for the button but there are 2 problems that were not fixed yet :
1- when clicking on a product of the product list « Nouveautés » on the mobile homepage we get a 404 (and it’s a Desktop 404 ie: see menu) .
2- no product image on the product page

The 404s are gone and the pics are back but for the leggings and tops all pics aren’t the same size.
Some are big and others are smaller or thinner.
Earlier when it worked all the pics were the same fixed size.
Is it possible to set it back that way ?
Moreover can you tell me what was wrong ? this way 1) we don’t reproduce the behavior that created the issue and 2) we can fix it ourselves next time ?

Before we wrap this up, can you tell me what caused the issue / how you corrected it ? Or just tell me the list of the files you modified so I can check them out and make a DIFF with the last back up I made before creating the issue ?

Just saw something problematic on the mobile version !
This might not allow us to be up on time for todays relaunch…

As discussed in Premium chat, here are the issues we still have on the shop :
- if the product page is accessed for anywhere else it works correctly ! But when you go to the 3-vetements page and click on a product, and then on the product page switch the colour then the URL is switched to another product with the wanted colour (Ex : On WHITE TOP page when you click on ORANGE colour, we see a ORANGE LEGGING picture and we can see legging in the URL)
- The Size Guide on AMP is poorly displayed ! We have a table and people have to scroll to see it fully… - We have a blue frame around the ‘X’ button in the AMP menu (see picture below)… Is it possible to hide it please ?
- We have an issue with the search field… we wanted to put it in french but when we do so, it is displayed poorly because the word (”Rechercher”) touches the icon ! I tried to correct it with custom CSS but it didn’t work…

2. blue frame around - I don’t see any sense to change that because that is only Chrome browser issue. and AMP is developed to use on mobile devices but not in desktop browser. We have tried to remove it but spent too much time with no result.

Sorry for the delay, I had a personal issue to deal with.
1. The size guide is indeed readable but at the same time very poorly displayed since words are cut in a weird manner. I think we’ll use a picture instead. We’ll have to see later.
2. We have the blue frame on chrome and safari on iOS but since it’s hard to deal with and not critical, let’s just drop it.
3. Finally, thanks for changing the search width this works perfectly ! But you misspelled a word : it’s ‘Rechercher’! Not ‘Recherecher’.

1. The screenshot you sent me illustrates the problem : “LONGUEUR” is spelled “LONGUEU
R” for example ! The linebreak splits words that are not supposed to be split.

Moreover do you have any update on our main problem that is still here and is very problematic : The url that are modified when user switches colour on desktop ? This is really bad user experience since people cannot see the article they are looking predictably !

We added new products that we are launching tonight (new variants with colour green) ! But we have an issue now on mobile when you select “SHORT” product there is no add to cart button even though we added products to the inventory ! What is going on ? we didn’t have these issue before the manipulations you made to fix the issue… we cannot keep on going like this… Customers are starting to tell us about issues ! We care about our customers and want to provide top service… I thought the issues would be corrected by now but we still have them and moreover we have new ones appearing as time goes by…
We also got an email from google stating that one of the CSS files of the theme aren’t AMP compliant because they are too long !
