Ticket #19460 - AMP issues

Hi,

I’ve noticed several issues with AMP.
First of all, I need to display product brand/manufacturer on category page.
I can’t see it in settings, and it seems to work only on homepage.

Also, I’ve noticed that if a product is out of stock but with order allow (i.e for pre-order), the add to cart button is not displayed.

Last thing, the custom labels are not displayed on both product and category page (for example, if you indicate “Out of stock”, the label is not showed)

My mistake, for the product on pre-order, it was a cache issue.
The last thing is a problem concerning the label :

I’ve noticed a latest thing, the filter attributes seems to not work on AMP page (you can try on any category), as it doesn’t filter when you choose for example an “Artiste”.

I’m so sorry, but I’ve noticed another error on AMP.
For example on this product :

- Destkop version (OK) : https://eshop.eotia.fr/photographies/41-63-frome-above-3.html - AMP version (not OK) : https://eshop.eotia.fr/mobile/product/41-frome-above-3

If you choose an attibute that doesn’t exist with another combination, the price is displayed 0€ but you can add it to the cart.
In the example, you can only choose 80×60 for the attribute “Format” when selecting “dibond aluminium” for “Type de papier” attribute.
But, as the main combination of this product is “Fine art hahnemühle” and “30×40“, if you change for “Dibond Aluminium”, the attribute “30×40” is still selected (as it should automaticaly switch to 80×60, like in desktop version) and the price is displayed as 0€.

This is a critical issue, because customer can add the product to cart!

Hope you could help me find a solution for this point too.

Thank your for your answer, I’m sorry, but it should be like the desktop version, now you can’t add it to cart, but lot of customer could think that the product is totally unavailable and won’t “test” the other attributes.
Also, since this update, the brand name are not displayed anymore on categories pages and the filter didn’t work yet.

1. it can’t be exactly like desktop version. You have to disable AMP module to have the same as desktop.
2. Brand is added once more

I mean regarding the attribute, cause lot of our customer are mistaken and don’t understand that they have to switch to a different attribute to add product in cart.
They just think that product is unavailable, so, if they don’t ask us and that we can explain them, the sale is lost.

If you change for the “Format” attribute to “40x60cm” and then come back to “30x40cm”, you can’t add it to cart.

there is no such option in the theme settings.

Hi,
I’ve noticed a new issue on AMP theme.
When using the menu, if an item as submenu, the sub-items are showed only if you clic on the arrow.
If you click on the main item, it do not display the submenu but open the page.
Lot of our customers do not understand why they could not see the subcategory.

To expand a menu you just have to click on arrow on the right

Yes, I understood, I just want to explain that this only work when clicking on the arrow, but not on the title.
I told you that issue, cause of our customer do not click on the arrow, thinking that the behaviour would be the same as clicking on the arrow.
Do you know how to do that?
