Hello, did try update and in fact some options where reset. But i have old option on old prod server so i can put them back. Problem is that i had error 500 and site where not working so i did roll back to 5.4.1 uploading theme and module folder again. I did had all info so you can connect production site. Let me know. Thanks for help.

i see nothing in apache and php log, was using php 7.2 and due to warning in your info pannel revert to 7.1 branch. Change nothing.

i think you activate a debug mode, where can i desactivate that? is that visible to normal users?

do you think i can export theme settings from old site and import in new site or it won’t work?

I think there is a problem with the update because when I try to update a theme module i get this kind of error:

Also, some theme modules where not activated before theme update:

when i try do desactivate i gtet this message:

if i translate it means: Error!

It seems that this migration is really breaking the website.
Nothing in the documentation… Can you please share experience of what is best to do?
I can restaure backup and follow a more detailed procedure, but right now the shop is all messed up because of this update.
I need to fix this.

i don’t know. if you think so. Do you have a step by step doc to clean and install? i imagine it will reset all mypreset in the theme? anything else?

do you recommande that i first upgrade prestashop from 1.7.5.1 to latest and then desactivate theme V5.3.5 and install V5.6 or first move to theme 5.6 and then update prestashop?

Hello Fred, It seems that there is some database problem. Do you add cleaning script of the table when upgrading / desactivating script?
Do you provide payed service for this update? As this is not working, not documenting etc… I need to have this website back on line today and I am really looking for having all up to date but as of now I just don’t have what’s needed to make it work.

i am proceding to prestashop upgrade

i don’t get what you call from scratch, you mean install clean prestashop, clean theme, re-install all module and reconfigure all module?
That will be much longer so if we can avoid this that would be great.

Why is the header showing “Unable to load widget. Make sure the module “pk_customlinks” is installed and enabled”, the new module ‘headeritems’ is configure and hooked there.

Do i need to edit widget setting in page builder to set up the new module?

instagram shortcode does not work, i don’t see any documentation concerning the module. what do i need to do in top of adding shortcode to show isnta pic in a footer widget?

I added the widget, doesn’t work for every breakpoint. There is a javascript related to the insta widget js script. It is related to viewport breakpoint. Do you have any idea? is the insta js script support minification? thanks

Hello, I have an error related to one of the module that is creating a lot of problem in the backoffice.
I can’t update any module.
I often get this “[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file: /home/1et1font3/www/modules/pksizeguide/models/SizeGuide.php:0
Cannot declare class SizeGuide, because the name is already in use” I desactivated the sizeguide ine the theme option but it does not change anything, can you please take a look?

hello Fred, do you implement recaptcha? I can see some recaptcha in the source code generated by the theme ( <div class=”pkheader-captcha”></div> ) but it seems to be in conflict with my recatpcha module.

on severale places, i have a module for that. I did edit contact page for example and add an hook for the module but it is not working. I can see bug fixes concerning captcha in v5.7, is it safe to update?
