try following CSS 

.block-category #category-description p {color:#YOUR_COLOR;margin-top:20px}

I recommend you to use Developer Tools of your browser to change such small things https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcFnnxfA70g because our support doesn’t cover such customizations
