Ticket #19685 - error while installing templates

I downloaded the template and am trying to install it in .zip format, but it gives me error which is this:

/ Si è verificato un errore inaspettato. [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Theme\Exception\ThemeConstraintException codice 2]

I use the prestashop version : 1.7.6.7

What’s the problem ?

Hi, Giuseppe.
What is the archive name you are trying to install? it should be alysum-v.5.6.0.zip

Good evening,
I solved the problem and I managed to install the Template.
But now I have another problem.
I use the modules for the synchronization of products on Amazon and Ebay visible in the product tab “modules”.
When I installed the template these modules inside the product tab disappeared and I only see the “Promokit Product Tabs” and “Promokit size guide” template modules. I tried to uninstall the two modules of the template to check if the other modules reappeared but nothing. What can I do to fix?

try to reset your module

Giuseppe De Cunzo 05 Nov 2020, 19:23

Resetting all the modules is a huge job that takes me days if not weeks. I am now doing a site restore to a previous version. I would like to ask if on the new template installation it is possible not to install the “Promokit Product Tabs” and “Promokit Size Guide” modules ?

Thank you

go to Design → Positions and make sure your module is hooked into necessary hooks

Good morning,
unfortunately the “Promokit Product Tabs” and “promokit size guide” modules conflict with other modules linked to the product sheet overwriting them and making the related tabs disappear from the product modules.

I would like to know if I can delete these modules from the template folder before installation.

I would like to unzip the theme zip folder and manually delete the folders related to these modules. Is it possible to do it and maybe then install them in a second moment?

Many thanks in advance.

you don’t have to unzip the theme zip folder and manually delete the folders related to these modules
The best way is to install the theme as is and then delete those modules

Hi, the problem is that when I install the template I lose all the other modules.

At this point I think the template is not good for my needs.

Is it possible to request a return or a refund?

Fred 10 Nov 2020, 12:43

I’m sorry, but that is not theme’s problem. That is a question to prestashop

Giuseppe De Cunzo 12 Nov 2020, 11:32

Hello, I solved the problem by modifying the code.
I have another 2 questions to ask.

1) I can’t figure out how to configure the template for mobile. I changed all the page builders for each small screen device, tablet (screen 1) but I only see the home in the Desktop. (screen 2) from mobile you only see the menus (screen 3)

2)How i can to solve the problem related to the “stretched” display of the thumbnail images (screen 4).

From mobile, product photos are deformed (screen 3)

Thank you in advance.

Hi, I solved the problem with AMP.
Now I just need to know how to solve the problem related to the display of product images that on Mobile are deformed in length on mobile view.
Waiting for an answer thank you.

Could you please give me a link to a page where I can see the issue?
