We’ve fixed the bug. But we noticed a big problem:
We reinstalled the PHP, Prestashop and Alysum but when we were activating Alysum it returned a fatal error and the website crashed.
After this error, we changed the file /themes/alysum/templates/_partials/svg.tpl. It has been necessary to temporarily solve the problem, but it is an unusual to us, we normally don’t to these kind of changes in the Core of the Theme. If not fixed definitively, this bug can represent again in the future.

I have enabled Debug and as I can see you have php version 7.3. Prestashop currently support max 7.2. Please downgrade your php version.
