Ticket #19801 - Pop-up terms and condition

On new shop the pop-up with terms and condition on checkout page(last step) still appears from right side when you accept terms.

I don’t like that he appears when you click on the checkbox to accept the terms.

It should appear when tou click on text not on checkbox

I don’t think so, but ok.
Open the file 

/themes/alysum/templates/mobile/checkout/_partials/steps/payment.tpl

find the trigger at the line 86 https://take.ms/61QAm 

on="change:selector-tos.toggle"

and remove it.
I already try to do that but you seems have some cache because nothing was changed

I have disabled server op_cache and tryed what you said above but that template isn`t loading on AMP. I could remove the pop-out feature by commenting the “on” function in desktop payment template but then the checkbox was disappearing. You can check.
