Ticket #19819 - 500 error : menu-item-03 cannot be loaded

I cannot change anything on Menu Builder Editor for the menu-item-03 item, the page load without end.
In the console there this message : Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

Try to click “tools” and disable “Async” requests option
