Ticket #19954 - Another plugin popup not displaying in FO

Hello,

We’re using a plugin which allows up to display popups on the front-office but it doesn’t work.
We contacted the other plugin team who replied :

“By the way, I found an issue of the theme: https://prnt.sc/voz83p You should contact developer of the theme to ask him to solve it.”

Is this a Alysum theme related issue ? Thank you for your help,

1. What is the plugin name?
2. That is not a file of the theme

The plugin name is Programmes fidélité, de parrainage et d’associés (BO). Its folder name is ets_affiliatemarketing

I have disabled Instagram module which was not configured and caused the error message. Could you please ask module support to check out what’s wrong now?
